Refund policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damaged product, we will be happy to assist.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

If the issue is verified as a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.

Please note that shade preference, texture expectations, or change of mind are not eligible for replacement or refund.
